Navigate to portal.schoolspider.co.uk
Select Parents Area
Select Parent Messaging
Select +New
Select To
Select Whole School, a Group, Registration Group or Parent or Pupil name.
Use the Search field to find your selection. Once your recipients are chosen, select Continue.
Enter your Title and Content for the message

Select Smartphone, Email and or Text message
Select Send
Select Confirm amount field and enter the amount of parents you are about to notify.
Select Confirm
